Ahmed Cerbah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nouredine Ghazi's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Owensville AFC's Jean Meskine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chakib Bridji in the 10th minute of play. Nouredine Ghazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Cerbah having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Owensville AFC's Hakim Barbarossa got a free kick in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Owensville AFC's zone, Chakib Bridji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Meskine came out of the goal and Chakib Bridji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hakim Abrika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ahmed Cerbah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Ali Fergani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Owensville AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Las Vegas AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Owensville AFC's Ali Fergani got a free kick in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Chakib Bridji managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Las Vegas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chakib Bridji was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Meskine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmed Cerbah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nouredine Ghazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jean Meskine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chakib Bridji in the 34th minute of the match. North Las Vegas AFC's Meziane Sam got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Karim Hamouda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd match minute, Owensville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madhi Hima to maneuver through the defense. Jean Meskine made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Karim Hamouda sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karim Deghmani during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karim Deghmani hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chakib Bridji stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes North Las Vegas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Karim Deghmani. In the 53rd minute, Hakim Abrika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nouredine Ghazi in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmed Cerbah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Karim Hamouda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Madhi Hima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, one of North Las Vegas AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for North Las Vegas AFC. The goalkeeper, Ahmed Cerbah, was totally fooled by Owensville AFC's Rabah Mouzaoui, who 92 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Meziane Sam managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Las Vegas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Meziane Sam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Meskine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Owensville AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
