Pomona's Chadli Chaib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Ziani in the 6th minute of play. Mohammed Cixous kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Horicon AFC's zone, Farès Aggoune stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jussef Sellal came out of the goal and Farès Aggoune tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Anther Zaaf reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jussef Sellal. The goal made the score 1-0. Anther Zaaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Sellal having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Horicon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Chadli Drioueche. Ben Boniche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Chaib having to interfere. Horicon AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anther Zaaf 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Horicon AFC's Leon Ziani got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Leon Ziani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chadli Chaib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chadli Chaib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Boniche in the 34th minute of the match. Anther Zaaf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anther Zaaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jussef Sellal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Horicon AFC's Jussef Sellal got control of the ball when Farès Aggoune tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ben Boniche to strike the kick off in the second half. Anther Zaaf succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Leon Ziani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammed Cixous charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohammed Cixous the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th match minute, Pomona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammed Cixous to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Chadli Chaib throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ben Boniche in the 90thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When Leon Ziani came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Horicon AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Ziani couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute Anther Zaaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Sellal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pomona's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
