Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Boughera Piaf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Chadli Chaib skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Boughera Piaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Hocine El-Ouafi had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boughera Piaf in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chadli Chaib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdel Hamid Souakri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anther Zaaf, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Abdel Hamid Souakri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farès Aggoune, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pomona's Anther Zaaf in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Falls City's goalie prevented a goal. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anther Zaaf was the one to do the kick off. Farès Aggoune might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdel Hamid Souakri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Farès Aggoune ran back to his position shaking his head. If Boughera Piaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madjid Faudel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Falls City's Abdel Hamid Souakri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anther Zaaf in the 74th minute of play. Abdel Hamid Souakri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anther Zaaf's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Anther Zaaf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Liamine Adjani's late challenge caught a Pomona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liamine Adjani helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Falls City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liamine Adjani to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Pomona defense, Liamine Adjani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chadli Chaib. The Pomona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chadli Chaib should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Falls City's Boughera Piaf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chadli Chaib narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Boughera Piaf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falls City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pomona the free kick. A collision led to Falls City getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Boughera Piaf hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Falls City fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pomona had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
