Abdelaziz Saïd-Guerni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Nassim Zakaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes, Plentywood's Ismaël Metref shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper René Morceli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plentywood reached it. Nassim Zakaria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zoheir Amri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fateh Moll in the 40th minute. If Nassim Zakaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Fateh Moll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoheir Amri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Plentywood's zone, Fateh Moll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoheir Amri came out of the goal and Fateh Moll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fateh Moll was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Plentywood defense, Abderaouf Bahari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zoheir Amri. The Plentywood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zoheir Amri should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fateh Moll in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zoheir Amri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg René Morceli managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Plentywood's Nassim Zakaria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nassim Zakaria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without René Morceli having to make a save. Plentywood's Zoheir Amri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abderaouf Bahari in the 74th minute of play. Mohamed Khabatou charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Khabatou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Plentywood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Khabatou to maneuver through the defense. Zoheir Amri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fateh Moll's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Plentywood's goal looked a bit too open when Fateh Moll came free, but Zoheir Amri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plentywood's Zoheir Amri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abderaouf Bahari in the 81st minute of play. Medjadi Horr hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Plentywood's Nassim Zakaria got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mahmoud Said had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Castle Hills AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
