Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chaba Belmadi got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by René Mammeri during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Cape May was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by René Mammeri to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 5 minutes, Mohammed Mammeri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Port Hueneme FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohammed Mammeri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Ahmed Ramdane in the 6th minute of play forced Cape May's goalkeeper Rafik Drid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Chaba Belmadi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lounès Yacef. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cape May's goalkeeper Rafik Drid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Rabah Drioueche fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cape May's protests and gave Rabah Drioueche a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Rabah Drioueche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohammed Mammeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik Drid having to interfere. Chaba Belmadi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lounès Yacef came out and tried to block the shot, but Chaba Belmadi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. After some careless play in the Cape May defense, Mohammed Mammeri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafik Drid. The Cape May fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafik Drid should have stopped the shot. Mohammed Mammeri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rafik Drid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Chaba Belmadi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lounès Yacef, 3-1. In the 44th match minute, Cape May was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaba Ahmed to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Abdelhani Louahla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lounès Yacef was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohammed Mammeri made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Port Hueneme FC's Mohammed Mammeri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafik Drid. Rafik Drid yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. In the 57th minute Abdelhani Louahla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lounès Yacef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Port Hueneme FC booed when Cape May was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rabah Drioueche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammed Mammeri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chaba Belmadi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lounès Yacef read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Abdelhani Louahla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lounès Yacef having to interfere. Rafik Drid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammed Mammeri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chaba Belmadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lounès Yacef having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cape May had won after a very even match.
