Smail Hamouda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Farid Daham in the 16th minute of the match. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farid Daham in the 21st minute of play forced Colonie AFC's goalkeeper Smail Hamouda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 24 in the game by Abdelhamid Metref from a close distance when the talented Mourad Soltani managed to make a qualified save. Page FC's players were relieved. Abdelhamid Metref fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourad Soltani having to interfere. Smail Hamouda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farid Daham in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Colonie AFC booed when Page FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheb Boulmerka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mourad Soltani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fodil Radjef, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Farid Daham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chadli Fanon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Safy Morceli to make the kick off. In the 51st of the match, Farid Daham tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Smail Hamouda got in the way and made a wonderful save. Page FC were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Colonie AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheb Boulmerka took the corner. Smail Hamouda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Farid Daham, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colonie AFC's goalkeeper Smail Hamouda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Souad Djamel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Smail Hamouda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Souad Djamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Hamouda having to interfere. Souad Djamel struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Smail Hamouda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Page FC. If Souad Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amar Fadela charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amar Fadela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Colonie AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Amar Fadela hit a great ball. Souad Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Souad Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Souad Djamel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Smail Hamouda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Yazid Arrache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Safy Morceli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mourad Soltani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdelhamid Metref sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
