Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ahmed Beloufa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Fodil Bedjaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chadli Abdelghani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Beloufa in the 6th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodil Bedjaoui struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Chadli Abdelghani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preston AFC. Mohamed Ben Zarabis short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Benamar Maroc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ahmed Beloufa took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chadli Abdelghani. Chadli Abdelghani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Ahmed Daham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jericho AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preston AFC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jericho AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Preston AFC a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Said Besseghir, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani. 0-2. Chadli Abdelghani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Beloufa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Ahmed Beloufa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Preston AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Ben Zarabi came free, but Benamar Maroc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jussef Ben Hamdani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benamar Maroc. That made the score 1-2 in the 28 minute of play. Jericho AFC's Nasreddine Apap got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nasreddine Apap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ahmed Beloufa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nasreddine Apap could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Benamar Maroc made a huge save. Benamar Maroc made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mohamed Ben Zarabi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Beloufa in the 46th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jussef Ben Hamdani in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benamar Maroc saved Preston AFC from getting behind. After the first half Preston AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jussef Ben Hamdani to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Jussef Ben Hamdani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benamar Maroc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nasreddine Apap in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benamar Maroc saved Preston AFC from getting behind. If Nasreddine Apap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Djabir Bougherra's late challenge caught a Jericho AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Djabir Bougherra helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Preston AFC's Djabir Bougherra got a free kick in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Jericho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed Beloufa came free, but Chadli Abdelghani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jussef Ben Hamdani took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benamar Maroc. Benamar Maroc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 66th minute Jussef Ben Hamdani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benamar Maroc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Preston AFC's Benamar Maroc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jussef Ben Hamdani in the 68th minute of play. Samir Lacen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Chadli Abdelghani made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Ben Zarabi in the 73rd minute of play forced Preston AFC's goalkeeper Benamar Maroc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Preston AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abd al-Asis Amri came free, but Benamar Maroc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jussef Ben Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benamar Maroc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Ben Zarabi in the 81st minute of the match. Benamar Maroc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nasreddine Apap, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nasreddine Apap took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benamar Maroc. Benamar Maroc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 89th minute, Nasreddine Apap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benamar Maroc was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2.
