Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Douglas Couet kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Lawrence Atkins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yale and the Mulgrave players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mulgrave booed when Yale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lawrence Atkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Douglas Couet came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Mulgrave fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Couet couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, one of Mulgrave:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mulgrave. The goalkeeper, Fredric Lacombe, was totally fooled by Yale's Coy Marks, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 12th minute of the match Thaddeus Chaussée sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elwood Lamour skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Douglas Couet in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elwood Lamour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mulgrave's Fredric Lacombe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milton Abraham in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Yale's Milton Abraham dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Elwood Lamour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Connelly in the 26th minute of play. If Alain Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Huey Snider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredric Lacombe made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Huey Snider sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Anderson Ernst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yale's Elwood Lamour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Couet in the 36th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Wyatt Fontenot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Milton Abraham made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Alain Connelly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elwood Lamour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Couet, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Huey Snider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fredric Lacombe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anderson Ernst kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Milton Abraham kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Alain Connelly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fredric Lacombe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huey Snider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yale's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Coy Marks in the 79th minute. The corner led Yale's Coy Marks to fire away a dangerous shot which Fredric Lacombe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Elwood Lamour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Couet, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Dudley Dubé reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elwood Lamour. The goal made the score 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
