Shelby Cameron kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Pedro Easley hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Carroll Beausoleil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tyron Lefebvre in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Boles in the 20th minute of play forced Bitumount's goalkeeper Carroll Beausoleil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tyron Lefebvre succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Boles in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carroll Beausoleil saved Bitumount from getting behind. Tyron Lefebvre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Carroll Beausoleil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bitumount's Carroll Beausoleil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Bitumount from getting a goal against them. Harry Boles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carroll Beausoleil having to interfere. Albert Rochon kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Fredric Friedman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st match minute, Debec FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jay Chaloux to maneuver through the defense. Tyron Marion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Von Brasseur having to interfere. Tyron Marion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Tyron Marion struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Von Brasseur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitumount. In the 53rd minute, Fredric Friedman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bitumount fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 58th minute Timothée Lapresse managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. When Tyron Lefebvre came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Debec FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyron Lefebvre couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Bitumount was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Easley to maneuver through the defense. Fredric Friedman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Von Brasseur having to interfere. After some careless play in the Debec FC defense, Fredric Friedman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Von Brasseur. The Debec FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Von Brasseur should have stopped the shot. Von Brasseur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Friedman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredric Friedman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tyron Marion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Von Brasseur made a huge save. Fredric Friedman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Von Brasseur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Carroll Beausoleil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Boles in the 95th minute of the match.
