Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dale Jodion made the kick off and thus started the match. Jérôme Trujillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Guy in the 7th minute of play. Omer Cyr kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Virgilio Guy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jérôme Trujillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elmo Hess kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Dale Jodion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérôme Trujillo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Boundary's Lesley Chauvet got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cormorant FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Frederick Savoie scored to the left of an out of position Fernand Coates, making the score, 1-1. In the 38thth minute of the game Dale Jodion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boundary's Jérôme Trujillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Guy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jérôme Trujillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dale Jodion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jérôme Trujillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Jodion in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederick Savoie was the one to do the kick off. Fernand Coates took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintin Ladner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Guy scored 1-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jérôme Trujillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute, Elmo Hess hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Guy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérôme Trujillo having to interfere. Jérôme Trujillo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Virgilio Guy sent off a good shot on target. Frederick Savoie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 minutes, Bo Lauzier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boundary and the Cormorant FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Virgilio Guy got free in front of the goal in the 78th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jérôme Trujillo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Dale Jodion reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jérôme Trujillo. The goal made the score 1-3. If Dale Jodion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frederick Savoie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Fernand Coates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dale Jodion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Cormorant FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Boundary throughout the match.
