Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Minnitaki FC's Lou Chadwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Truman Lawson in the 4th minute of play. Laverne Weaver hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacques Bonds got free with Johnny Epperson in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Minnitaki FC's Jacques Bonds sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnny Epperson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hondo's Eustaquio Gibbons got a free kick in the 10th minute. Bernardo Cordova sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Jacques Bonds came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Minnitaki FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacques Bonds couldn't finish the play. Hondo's Johnny Epperson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Cordova in the 17th minute of play. Johnny Epperson was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Bernardo Cordova capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo Cordova really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Cordova kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johnny Epperson. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Bernardo Cordova's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnny Epperson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. When Weston Ervin came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Hondo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Weston Ervin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Cordova in the 38th minute of play forced Hondo's goalkeeper Johnny Epperson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Lawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Chadwick having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hondo's zone, Willie McLeod stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Epperson came out of the goal and Willie McLeod tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Minnitaki FC booed when Hondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrett Stoner didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Truman Lawson to strike the kick off in the second half. Minnitaki FC's Lou Chadwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Truman Lawson in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Truman Lawson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lou Chadwick. The goal made the score 2-1. If Jacques Bonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Truman Lawson in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lou Chadwick saved Minnitaki FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justin Newton during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Justin Newton kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. King Lockhart kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Lou Chadwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Gillespie in the 83rd minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Minnitaki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Truman Lawson came free, but Lou Chadwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Minnitaki FC had won after a very even match.
