Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Johnie Boswell took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marco Pate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Baird went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 8 played minutes Beverly got a freekick which was hit by Ali Hubbard. In the 9th match minute, Alberni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Preston Varela to maneuver through the defense. Ali Hubbard kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Alberni's Darin Andrews got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Darin Andrews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Rushing having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dong Parmentier in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Pate saved Alberni from getting behind. Johnie Boswell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Pate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Baird, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darin Andrews could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Art Rushing made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Eugene Munson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberni's Eldon Summers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Beverly. When Bradly Jodion fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alberni's protests and gave Bradly Jodion a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Alberni's Bradly Jodion got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute of the match Branden Gougeon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Pate skillfully saved the ball. Dong Parmentier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marco Pate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luc Cartier came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Beverly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luc Cartier couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dong Parmentier to strike the kick off in the second half. Johnie Boswell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes Beverly got a freekick which was hit by Ali Hubbard. Johnie Boswell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Art Rushing having to make a save. After 65 played minutes Beverly got a freekick which was hit by Titus Livingston. Darin Andrews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Art Rushing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beverly's Art Rushing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnie Boswell in the 78th minute of play. Johnie Boswell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Rushing having to interfere. Dong Parmentier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Marco Pate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darin Andrews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Rushing having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Beverly's goal looked a bit too open when Johnie Boswell came free, but Art Rushing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnie Boswell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Rushing having to interfere. Alberni's Bradly Jodion got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Bradly Jodion off the ground. After a rather tough play, Alberni's Bradly Jodion got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Marco Pate made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mark Baird sent off a good shot on target. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
