Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Gary Kyle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gary Kyle might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moses Whitaker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gary Kyle ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 13 minutes, Gary Kyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ladner's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gary Kyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roderick Farrar in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barthélémy Aguilar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moses Whitaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gary Kyle in the 21st minute of the match. Augustine Morin took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moses Whitaker. Moses Whitaker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Augustine Morin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Moses Whitaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gary Kyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kabaigon getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Eugene Laramée hit a great ball. Ladner's Gary Kyle managed to work through Kabaigon's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gary Kyle dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Kabaigon's Long Bousquet in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ladner's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gary Kyle to make the kick off. Moses Whitaker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augustine Morin's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ladner's zone, Roderick Farrar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barthélémy Aguilar came out of the goal and Roderick Farrar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moses Whitaker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustine Morin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Gary Kyle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moses Whitaker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Roderick Farrar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Barthélémy Aguilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Ladner players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
