Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joseph Hillman took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Janeville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Tinsley came free, but Carol Oliver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Sevenpersons AFC's goalkeeper Trenton Rosas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudolf Guzman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rudolf Guzman got free with Trenton Rosas in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 16 minutes of play, Sevenpersons AFC's Jackie Putnam made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carol Oliver was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Jackie Putnam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carol Oliver was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. If Josef Tinsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Jackie Putnam put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Carol Oliver. Trenton Rosas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 45th minute, Joseph Hillman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Trenton Rosas, passed just outside the right post. The Janeville AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sevenpersons AFC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Jackie Putnam made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Jackie Putnam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Oliver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Josef Tinsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joseph Hillman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trenton Rosas having to interfere.
