The referee ignored Barcelona Academy's protests and gave Roosevelt Grayson a yellow card for diving instead. Barcelona Academy's Lionel McHugh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Dale in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Roscoe George managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Roscoe George was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Bell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carroll Grubbs hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Lino Bell was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Roscoe George capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roscoe George really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Garrett Gingras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lino Bell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Garrett Gingras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roscoe George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Bell having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carroll Grubbs in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel McHugh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute Carroll Grubbs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel McHugh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute Leopoldo Dale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel McHugh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After a rather tough play, Barcelona Academy's Nathanael Weeks got a free kick in the 52nd minute. ALBATROZ PEGA NEM VENTO's Rufus Woodson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barcelona Academy. 55 minutes into the match, Barcelona Academy's goalkeeper Lionel McHugh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carroll Grubbs. In the 58th match minute, ALBATROZ PEGA NEM VENTO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zane Sylvester to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carroll Grubbs got free with Lionel McHugh in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garrett Gingras in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Bell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garrett Gingras took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Bell. Lino Bell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Carroll Grubbs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lionel McHugh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as ALBATROZ PEGA NEM VENTO's Leopoldo Dale slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lionel McHugh. That made the score 2-1 after 72 minutes of play. Lionel McHugh made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Carroll Grubbs sent off a good shot on target. Barcelona Academy's Lionel McHugh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona Academy from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Leopoldo Dale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel McHugh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carroll Grubbs kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Lino Bell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garrett Gingras, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
