Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brendan Rankin made the kick off which started today's match. When Dortmund FC's Horace Pitts in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Innisfail's goalie prevented a goal. In the 14th minute Horace Pitts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Tinsley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Malone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rigoberto Tinsley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brendan Rankin couldn't finish the play. Brendan Rankin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sang Lentz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brendan Rankin struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Malik Reese didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Innisfail.

The wind increased when Horace Pitts made the kick off in the second half. Malik Reese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendan Rankin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Horace Pitts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Tinsley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, one of Innisfail:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Innisfail. The Dortmund FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
