Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gavin York kicked off to start the match. Ervin Hickman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ervin Hickman struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Émile Dufresne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrie SC. Teodoro Bisaillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émile Dufresne having to interfere. Stephan Chambers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavin York went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gavin York's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stephan Chambers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Akviligjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ervin Hickman came free, but Émile Dufresne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavin York's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stephan Chambers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Rupert Migneault had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stephan Chambers. Barrie SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rupert Migneault was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 33 minutes into the game, Rupert Migneault cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Stephan Chambers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marin Ochoa struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Émile Dufresne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrie SC. In the 40th minute, Harrison Elmore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Akviligjuaq FC's zone, Ervin Hickman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Émile Dufresne came out of the goal and Ervin Hickman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacinto Cox hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Teodoro Bisaillon charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Bisaillon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Barrie SC's Teodoro Bisaillon got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ervin Hickman to make the kick off. If Rupert Migneault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Barrie SC's zone, Gavin York stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephan Chambers came out of the goal and Gavin York tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ervin Hickman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Émile Dufresne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Ervin Hickman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Émile Dufresne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rupert Migneault kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 70thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Barrie SC's keeper Stephan Chambers was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 72nd minute of the match Akviligjuaq FC got a corner. Barrie SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Osvaldo Lefebvre ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Akviligjuaq FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gavin York hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Ervin Hickman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Émile Dufresne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Bisaillon took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Émile Dufresne. Émile Dufresne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Émile Dufresne didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Barrie SC's Ervin Hickman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Stephan Chambers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rupert Migneault in the 94th minute. If Ervin Hickman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Émile Dufresne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervin Hickman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle went the supporters of Akviligjuaq FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Barrie SC side.
