In the 23rd minute, Luigi Oleary got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luigi Oleary sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes, Wembley's Lon Eckert shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clark Goss came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wembley reached it. A collision led to cemelin getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rodrick Stacy hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Eldridge Beausoleil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clark Goss showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Trevor LaGarde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Nathanial Walker made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, cemelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nathanial Walker to maneuver through the defense. If Nathanial Walker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clark Goss made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Luigi Oleary sent off a good shot on target. Delbert Marseau hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Nathanial Walker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damien Hays was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Wembley's Trevor LaGarde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clark Goss narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute of the match Eldridge Beausoleil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clark Goss skillfully saved the ball. Jarrett McNamara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Damien Hays tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The cemelin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wembley's performance. The match ended with a win for Wembley.
