Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Colombain Sharp made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emmett Shipp during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Shillington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmett Shipp to maneuver through the defense. If Colombain Sharp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Shillington! The referee gave Redstone a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Johnathan Meier, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Shillington's Simon Turner. 0-1. Cesar Eddy kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Shillington's Célestin Panetier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 22 minutes, Isiah Dupont mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Redstone and the Shillington players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isiah Dupont kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Célestin Panetier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26thth minute of the game Barton McCall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shillington's Simon Turner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Redstone's goal looked a bit too open when Colombain Sharp came free, but Reed Shaffer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmett Shipp got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 36th minute, Emmett Shipp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Johnathan Meier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Simon Turner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leland Deserres hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Lino Gates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Turner having to interfere. Redstone's Reed Shaffer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célestin Panetier in the 44th minute of play. Leland Deserres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Reed Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Shillington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Célestin Panetier to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Shillington's goalkeeper Simon Turner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Barton McCall made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Simon Turner managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Redstone's Renard Key fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th minute Barton McCall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Turner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barton McCall in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Turner saved Shillington from getting behind. A collision led to Redstone getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Barton McCall hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Shillington's goal looked a bit too open when Barton McCall came free, but Simon Turner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes Redstone got a freekick which was hit by Murray Audet. Benjamin Witherspoon's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Reed Shaffer - 2-1 was put on the score board in the 79th minute. Renard Key charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renard Key the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Shillington booed when Redstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renard Key didn't get a good kick on the ball. Célestin Panetier struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Reed Shaffer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shillington. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Shillington fans cheered their team off the field, for while Redstone had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
