Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Barton McCall started the match with the kick off. Ulrich Sampson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sherman Keenan's late challenge caught a Mancity Eagles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sherman Keenan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mancity Eagles booed when Redstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sherman Keenan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6thth minute of the game Ulrich Sampson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redstone's Reed Shaffer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erick Lemaître received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Reed Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Redstone's Reed Shaffer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrich Sampson in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Redstone got a freekick which was hit by Isiah Dupont. In the 22nd minute Erick Lemaître shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reed Shaffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Lino Gates managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redstone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Gates was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barton McCall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Redstone getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Isiah Dupont hit a great ball. Mancity Eagles's Ulrich Sampson got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reed Shaffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erick Lemaître in the 35th minute of the match. Erick Lemaître fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reed Shaffer having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Mancity Eagles's Erick Lemaître sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reed Shaffer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Renard Key kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Erick Lemaître received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Reed Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Reed Shaffer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrich Sampson, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The supporters of Mancity Eagles booed when Redstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renard Key didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Ulrich Sampson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mancity Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulrich Sampson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reed Shaffer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrich Sampson, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Barton McCall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas McMullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Gates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markus Barber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Reed Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Lino Gates got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute of the match Mohammad Dowdy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas McMullen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Redstone booed when Mancity Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Barber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulrich Sampson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Reed Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Gates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas McMullen having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, one of Mancity Eagles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mohammad Dowdy walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Lino Gates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas McMullen having to interfere. The Mancity Eagles supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mancity Eagles would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
