Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luis Gregory kicked off to start the match. Myron Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Kauffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jewel Hopper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dodge Rammos's Shirley Roark got a free kick in the 7th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmad Benson got free with Michel Rivière in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ambrose Byers took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Myron Miranda. Myron Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Ambrose Byers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dodge Rammos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Edgington AFC's Adam Newell got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Hayden Mott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Kauffman in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Myron Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Patrick Kauffman, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Myron Miranda was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Myron Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Kauffman in the 30th minute of the match. If Luis Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luis Gregory came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Dodge Rammos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Gregory couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the game, Barthélémy Gervais was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edgington AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dodge Rammos the free kick. In the 41st minute, Barthélémy Gervais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Edgington AFC defense, Luis Gregory kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Myron Miranda. The Edgington AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Myron Miranda should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Olen McMullen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Rivière saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olen McMullen made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrose Byers in the 54th minute of play forced Edgington AFC's goalkeeper Myron Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Gregory in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Myron Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, Dodge Rammos's Rolf Labrecque dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After 64 minutes of play Edgington AFC's Barthélémy Gervais was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 66 played minutes Edgington AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmad Benson. The Dodge Rammos fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Dodge Rammos's Luis Gregory looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luis Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Myron Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Luis Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dodge Rammos's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Gregory was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Myron Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olen McMullen hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Luis Gregory who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Myron Miranda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Ahmad Benson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Edgington AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Ambrose Byers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Myron Miranda having to interfere. Luis Gregory might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Myron Miranda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Gregory ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute, Adam Newell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dodge Rammos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
