Donostia Ayarza hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Guifre Abellaneda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kelemen Pascalin skillfully saved the ball. Olentzaro Maxenchs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natanael Abechuco scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kelemen Pascalin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Nicholas Villafranca fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Athletico Denizli FC's protests and gave Nicholas Villafranca a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bolivar booed when Athletico Denizli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicholas Villafranca didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ixaka Torcida in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Abel saved Bolivar from getting behind.
