Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Huaycuri's Severiano Tebe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gaizka Erosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severiano Tebe went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Severiano Tebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaizka Erosa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Huaycuri's zone, Benino Menoyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rojelio Donis came out of the goal and Benino Menoyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute Goiz Lozada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaizka Erosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gatea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Huaycuri were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Brun Arana made the kick off in the second half. Severiano Tebe hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Goiz Lozada succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 55th playminute. Rojelio Donis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brun Arana, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
