Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chan Bue started the match with the kick off. Feo Beltran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chan Bue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Huaico's goalkeeper Feo Beltran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madaleno Hedesa. 9 minutes into the match, Hancatuesa FC's Madaleno Hedesa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feo Beltran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th match minute, Huaico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasto Cintron to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the game, one of Huaico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 30th minute, Rodney Maeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chan Bue struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Feo Beltran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hancatuesa FC. The supporters of Hancatuesa FC booed when Huaico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Azcunaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavio Caborredondo was the one to do the kick off. Chan Bue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feo Beltran having to interfere. Chan Bue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Madaleno Hedesa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hancatuesa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madaleno Hedesa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hancatuesa FC's goalkeeper Mannie Bayon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Flavio Caborredondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mannie Bayon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerrald Vicuña charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerrald Vicuña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Huaico's Jerrald Vicuña got a free kick in the 84th minute. Huaico's Feo Beltran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madaleno Hedesa in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Huaico's zone, Madaleno Hedesa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feo Beltran came out of the goal and Madaleno Hedesa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mannie Bayon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Caborredondo in the 89th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Huaico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hancatuesa FC.
