Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gaston Verlo got the match started through his kick off. When Cordeal Collantes fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lahua's protests and gave Cordeal Collantes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mechoyoc FC booed when Lahua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordeal Collantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Vitin Arraiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysidro Millares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urtsin Riguero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Verlo in the 8th minute of play. Urtsin Riguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indartsu Casiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Vitin Arraiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, Garaile Rioboo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ysidro Millares. Mechoyoc FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Garaile Rioboo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Honesto Portal kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The corner ended in Gaztea Ruete almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mechoyoc FC's Ysidro Millares did a great save. Indartsu Casiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Urtsin Riguero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Bulnes during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alejandro Bulnes hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lahua getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vitin Arraiz hit a great ball. If Garaile Rioboo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Indartsu Casiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lahua's Urtsin Riguero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Verlo in the 43rd minute of play. Indartsu Casiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Gaston Verlo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mechoyoc FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitin Arraiz to make the kick off. When Delmiro Arras fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mechoyoc FC's protests and gave Delmiro Arras a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Mechoyoc FC got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Arras. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Gaztea Ruete managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lahua's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaztea Ruete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ysidro Millares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lahua! When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Mechoyoc FC's Moise Vela got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Urtsin Riguero. After a defensive mix-up in Mechoyoc FC's zone, Garaile Rioboo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ysidro Millares came out of the goal and Garaile Rioboo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 minutes, Lordi Mallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mechoyoc FC and the Lahua players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mechoyoc FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lordi Mallo hit a great ball. Vitin Arraiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ysidro Millares having to interfere. Ysidro Millares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garaile Rioboo in the 73rd minute of the match. Garaile Rioboo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ysidro Millares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garaile Rioboo ran back to his position shaking his head. Garaile Rioboo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ysidro Millares having to interfere. Urtsin Riguero made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Lordi Mallo sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Vitin Arraiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysidro Millares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Quemada hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Honesto Portal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urtsin Riguero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitin Arraiz in the 98th minute of play forced Mechoyoc FC's goalkeeper Ysidro Millares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Mechoyoc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Garaile Rioboo came free, but Ysidro Millares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lahua supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mechoyoc FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mechoyoc FC.
