Evaristo Elorduy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unax Basozabal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polo Rois in the 24th minute of the match. Pirhua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antana FC the free kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rius Jaquinot made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Polo Rois got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Unax Basozabal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polo Rois, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Polo Rois could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Unax Basozabal made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Antana FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rius Jaquinot fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Phelipe Saiz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Elorduy during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Antana FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Evaristo Elorduy hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Rius Jaquinot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unax Basozabal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Pirhua's Rius Jaquinot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Unax Basozabal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mikelats Cagigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Pirhua's Rius Jaquinot slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Unax Basozabal. That made the score 0-2 after 81 minutes of play. When Polo Rois came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Pirhua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Polo Rois couldn't finish the play. Unax Basozabal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Polo Rois in the 93rd minute. Pirhua played a much better game than Antana FC and deserved their victory. The Antana FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
