Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ostots Duyos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Ostots Duyos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verdun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ostots Duyos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cerilo Posse kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegoi Guarnizo in the 19th minute of play forced Verdun's goalkeeper Bartolo Olivencia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Saz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Vallejoller having to interfere. Ostots Duyos struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Andrea Vallejoller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verdun. Piarres Lertora hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Verdun's Serafo Tipular tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Conciliacion's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ostots Duyos 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Cristian Cobo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrea Vallejoller having to make a save. 47 minutes into the game, Serafo Tipular was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Verdun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conciliacion the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Verdun:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Conciliacion:s goal. The referee gave Conciliacion a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ubaldo Estrada, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Verdun's Bartolo Olivencia. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hegoi Guarnizo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrea Vallejoller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Saz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Conciliacion's zone, Ostots Duyos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrea Vallejoller came out of the goal and Ostots Duyos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Hegoi Guarnizo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Olivencia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hegoi Guarnizo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Olivencia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Amadeo Guixot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Olivencia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Conciliacion booed when Verdun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Cobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hegoi Guarnizo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bartolo Olivencia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ostots Duyos in the 95th minute of play forced Conciliacion's goalkeeper Andrea Vallejoller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrea Vallejoller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ostots Duyos in the 98th minute of the match. Bartolo Olivencia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegoi Guarnizo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
