The supporters of Minas AFC booed when Maturrango AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pirmin Cantolla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerrold Ziarza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jerold Arruta. Maturrango AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Juan-Carlos Gota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iratxo Echarriza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urbasa Valera's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Minas AFC booed when Maturrango AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Solano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes Maturrango AFC got a freekick which was hit by Urbasa Valera. When Arias Madera fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minas AFC's protests and gave Arias Madera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Minas AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Arias Madera hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Urbasa Valera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iratxo Echarriza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Nestor Guipuzcoa made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Minas AFC's Nestor Guipuzcoa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Rai Clavo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Minas AFC's zone, Urbasa Valera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iratxo Echarriza came out of the goal and Urbasa Valera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan-Carlos Gota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 1-1 became the score in the 64th minute when Urbasa Valera elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jerold Arruta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Guipuzcoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Oihenarte Torroba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Minas AFC's Elequemedo Rollan got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Urbasa Valera struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Iratxo Echarriza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maturrango AFC. In the 78thth minute of the game Nestor Guipuzcoa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maturrango AFC's Jerold Arruta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Minas AFC's Nestor Guipuzcoa got a free kick in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Nestor Guipuzcoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerold Arruta. Maturrango AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Guipuzcoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of Maturrango AFC booed when Minas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerrold Ziarza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iratxo Echarriza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oihenarte Torroba in the 97th minute of play.
