Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Victoria AFC's Marin Ruete started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blanco Betances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marin Ruete struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Veronica Ennecon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Victoria AFC. Marin Ruete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 13 played minutes Algorta got a freekick which was hit by Fidele Garrandes. 15 minutes into the game, Silvio Guibar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Algorta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Victoria AFC the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Algorta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Guibar to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Ximun Gallaiztegui shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veronica Ennecon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Marin Ruete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cedro Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Algorta's Veronica Ennecon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Ruete in the 33rd minute of play. Silvio Guibar was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 35th minute, Silvio Guibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Veronica Ennecon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedro Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Victoria AFC's Marin Ruete got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mendiko Macon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mendiko Macon got free with Mateus Caneda in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mendiko Macon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateus Caneda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Victoria AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mendiko Macon was the one to do the kick off. Veronica Ennecon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabino Peñafiel in the 51st minute of play. Marin Ruete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Veronica Ennecon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mendiko Macon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mateus Caneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victoria AFC's goalkeeper Mateus Caneda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cedro Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
