Andrew Ruicerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Benjamin Bruna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Min Peralves made a precise shot to the right of Mederi Puntones. Sequeira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baleren Adrales in the 43rd minute of play forced Concordia's goalkeeper Cesario Espina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Concordia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baleren Adrales to make the kick off. Tauro Potes's late challenge caught a Concordia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tauro Potes helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 60 minutes, Benjamin Bruna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sequeira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Bruna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesario Espina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Bruna in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baleren Adrales in the 72nd minute of play forced Concordia's goalkeeper Cesario Espina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Bruna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
