Ferdinand Estevez kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Blanquillo AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raphael Merecilla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kepa Molla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Blanquillo AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kepa Molla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ferrer Olanda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominguez Mujal having to interfere. Fernandez Carreiras hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Cilio Burdeos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Merecilla in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Estevez in the 33rd minute of play forced Carmelo FC's goalkeeper Dominguez Mujal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominguez Mujal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferrer Olanda's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Blanquillo AFC's zone, Kepa Molla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cilio Burdeos came out of the goal and Kepa Molla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cilio Burdeos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Merecilla in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raphael Merecilla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Carmelo FC were awarded a corner. Ceandro Aranguren went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ceandro Aranguren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cilio Burdeos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 68th minute, Kepa Molla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cilio Burdeos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Merecilla in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Ferrer Olanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominguez Mujal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kepa Molla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Carmelo FC booed when Blanquillo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandez Carreiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kepa Molla came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Carmelo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kepa Molla couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Blanquillo AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fernandez Carreiras hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes Carmelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Hedesa. 85 minutes into the match, Carmelo FC's Raphael Merecilla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cilio Burdeos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Raphael Merecilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cilio Burdeos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carmelo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
