In the 4th minute, Egana's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Txerran Rodriguez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Mangrullo's Mitxaut Larquera in 8 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Valery Sarceada guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 11 minutes into the game, Egana's Yoelvis Marino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ralondo Sorriba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Jerold Caruezo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Egana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mangrullo the free kick. Hunfredo Zalona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ralondo Sorriba. Mangrullo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Egana's Yoelvis Marino in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mangrullo's goalie prevented a goal. Caradaro Gadea scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ralondo Sorriba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Txerran Rodriguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valery Sarceada. Egana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Txerran Rodriguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 44 minutes into the match, Mangrullo's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Olivan came free, but Ralondo Sorriba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Txerran Rodriguez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Mangrullo got a corner. Egana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paio Guezmes ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Paio Guezmes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valery Sarceada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inocencio Almarza kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Caradaro Gadea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yoelvis Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Mangrullo defense, Caradaro Gadea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ralondo Sorriba. The Mangrullo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ralondo Sorriba should have stopped the shot. Jonatan Olivan's late challenge caught a Mangrullo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Olivan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Egana getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jonatan Olivan hit a great ball. After 75 minutes Egana's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paio Guezmes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Paio Guezmes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valery Sarceada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 77th minute, Txerran Rodriguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mangrullo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 81st minute, Caradaro Gadea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Egana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 91st minute, Txerran Rodriguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egana played a much better game than Mangrullo and deserved their victory. The Mangrullo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
