Feo Cantolla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niolaao Pamanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Velon in the 7th minute of play forced Guerrero's goalkeeper Feo Cantolla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fernanco Rilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Santillan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guerrero's zone, Niolaao Pamanes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feo Cantolla came out of the goal and Niolaao Pamanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feo Cantolla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Velon's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, Caraballo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niolaao Pamanes to maneuver through the defense. Caraballo AFC's Niolaao Pamanes got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guerrero's Feo Cantolla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niolaao Pamanes in the 22nd minute of play. In the 32nd play minute Fernanco Rilo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Corderun Vasallo. 1-0. In the 36th minute Niolaao Pamanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feo Cantolla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernanco Rilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corderun Vasallo having to interfere. In the 39th minute Xarles Sariego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corderun Vasallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niolaao Pamanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Feo Cantolla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xarles Sariego stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Caraballo AFC defense, Xarles Sariego kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corderun Vasallo. The Caraballo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corderun Vasallo should have stopped the shot. Sergio Velon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feo Cantolla having to interfere. Guerrero's Feo Cantolla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niolaao Pamanes in the 59th minute of play. Pedro Ageitos hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Niolaao Pamanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feo Cantolla having to interfere. Fernanco Rilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corderun Vasallo having to interfere. Guerrero's Feo Cantolla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Guerrero from getting a goal against them. Sergio Velon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Feo Cantolla made a huge save. Sergio Velon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Feo Cantolla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Ageitos hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Sergio Velon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feo Cantolla having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niolaao Pamanes in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feo Cantolla saved Guerrero from getting behind. Many of Caraballo AFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Caraballo AFC may have spent more time on the ball, but Guerrero were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
