In the 5th match minute, Miguez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xzavaier Lagunez to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Mauro Inguanzo made a precise shot to the right of Rene Pinto. Miguez AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Valentin AFC's goalkeeper Urtats Travieso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baiardo Pecha. In the 16th match minute, Miguez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Adurza to maneuver through the defense. Rene Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Torrealba, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 20th play minutes Mendebal Massana shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Urtats Travieso and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valentin AFC's goalkeeper Urtats Travieso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urtats Travieso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baiardo Pecha in the 33rd minute. In the 40th minute of the match Dalmu Negro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Pinto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mauro Inguanzo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Andre Mayorga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Pinto skillfully saved the ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Rene Torrealba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miguez AFC's Rene Pinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Rene Torrealba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Torrealba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rene Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johans Urquioja's late challenge caught a Miguez AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johans Urquioja helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute Mauro Inguanzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
