Oton Mesones kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Larpe Acereda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lixandro Moyeda having to make a save. Larpe Acereda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Lixandro Moyeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Romano Nogal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrillos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Romano Nogal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lixandro Moyeda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lixandro Moyeda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larpe Acereda in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Cerrillos AFC booed when Cardona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Araoz Olivieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Artur Jurado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dario Melendez. The goal made the score 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Bartolome Rioz could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Dario Melendez however easily saved by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Cardona AFC's goalkeeper Lixandro Moyeda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romano Nogal. After 56 minutes, Aitor Rosell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardona AFC and the Cerrillos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cerrillos AFC booed when Cardona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aitor Rosell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cerrillos AFC's Oton Mesones got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Artur Jurado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Bartolome Rioz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Melendez was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 68th match minute, Cerrillos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oton Mesones to maneuver through the defense. Cerrillos AFC's Dario Melendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Jurado in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Artur Jurado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Melendez was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Larpe Acereda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 80 played minutes Cardona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Araoz Olivieri. Romano Nogal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lixandro Moyeda having to make a save. 2-2 became the score in the 83rd minute when Romano Nogal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Romano Nogal hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Artur Jurado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
