Gipuzkoa Lama took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peli Laurenciano. Peli Laurenciano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piamontesa's goalkeeper Sadurni Sallas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rik Tuo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sadurni Sallas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskarbi Daza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olivar Vascones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lizar Pangua came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Piamontesa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lizar Pangua couldn't finish the play. Olivar Vascones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Sadurni Sallas made a huge save. After 36 played minutes Piamontesa got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Escolar. Oskarbi Daza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sadurni Sallas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ceibal AFC booed when Piamontesa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gipuzkoa Lama didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Gipuzkoa Lama fired away a free kick at goal. It was hit a tad too hard, and went over the crossbar. Rik Tuo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peli Laurenciano having to interfere. After 48 minutes, Oskarbi Daza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceibal AFC and the Piamontesa players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gipuzkoa Lama was the one to do the kick off. Olivar Vascones scored 1-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sadurni Sallas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oskarbi Daza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Celio Verdejo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celio Verdejo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes Ceibal AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celio Verdejo. Piamontesa's Tallia Hernainz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Peli Laurenciano but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Piamontesa defense, Olivar Vascones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sadurni Sallas. The Piamontesa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sadurni Sallas should have stopped the shot. Sadurni Sallas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olivar Vascones, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Oskarbi Daza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sadurni Sallas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ceibal AFC booed when Piamontesa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lizar Pangua didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
