Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gai Masferrer kicked off to start the match. Fernan Canzino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Veremundo Guerra made a huge save. If Gai Masferrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Cardoso AFC's Veremundo Guerra got control of the ball when Fernan Canzino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grecco's Gai Masferrer got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Grecco's Lore Gaitan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 26 minutes, Esdras Maeda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardoso AFC and the Grecco players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Cardoso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esdras Maeda to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the game, Cardoso AFC's Gerazan Ororbia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Gotor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 35th of the match, Gai Masferrer tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Veremundo Guerra got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 38 played minutes Cardoso AFC got a freekick which was hit by Duardo Tavira. Igor Carradelo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Sol Pillado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Javier Gotor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerazan Ororbia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Gotor having to interfere.

After a rather tough play, Cardoso AFC's Xavon Larren got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, Cardoso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maiorga Santiago to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cardoso AFC's zone, Gai Masferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veremundo Guerra came out of the goal and Gai Masferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Lore Gaitan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Veremundo Guerra was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Xavon Larren was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Xavon Larren hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Gai Masferrer came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Grecco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gai Masferrer couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute Gai Masferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veremundo Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sol Pillado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Grecco defense, Maiorga Santiago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Gotor. The Grecco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Gotor should have stopped the shot. Veremundo Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bikendi Pala in the 70th minute of the match. Veto Cerecedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Javier Gotor made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esiquio Perera during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Grecco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esiquio Perera to maneuver through the defense. Sol Pillado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Gotor having to interfere. Veremundo Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gai Masferrer in the 90th minute of play. Javier Gotor made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Sol Pillado sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Cardoso AFC's zone, Emiliano Zalaeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veremundo Guerra came out of the goal and Emiliano Zalaeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cardoso AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
