Sosa AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lambare FC the free kick. After 4 played minutes Sosa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tuste Varona. Lambare FC were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Sosa AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Errolan Ahelle took the corner. Errolan Ahelle made a great header on Lambare FC's corner, it was just that Sosa AFC's Siro Ciaño managed to reach the ball for a save. After 10 minutes of play, Sosa AFC's Arnoldo Ajamil made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beat Matas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 13 minutes, Firme Landaburu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sosa AFC and the Lambare FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Firme Landaburu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Christobal Almenester was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lambare FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosa AFC the free kick. Christobal Almenester hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Christobal Almenester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard and well directed shot from Zadornin Barreda led 19 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Lambare FC's Beat Matas became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. If Santio Camison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santio Camison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Santio Camison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sosa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santio Camison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beat Matas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santio Camison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beat Matas having to interfere. Roland Relloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Ajamil to strike the kick off in the second half. Santio Camison in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Beat Matas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Roland Relloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Lambare FC booed when Sosa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuste Varona didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Lambare FC got a freekick which was hit by Roland Relloso. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santio Camison got free with Beat Matas in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beat Matas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldo Ajamil's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Lambare FC's Roland Relloso got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Roland Relloso notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Sosa AFC's Siro Ciaño. Siro Ciaño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Santio Camison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mosen Cepeda kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Lambare FC's Beat Matas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Ajamil in the 77th minute of play. 1-3 became the score in the 81st minute when Arnoldo Ajamil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Santio Camison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute, Roland Relloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lambare FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The Sosa AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sosa AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
