With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidensio Arneu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gai Andonegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Belveder fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Curtina AFC. Txurio Gago stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Estebe Bardon. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Silvino Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belveder's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvino Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidensio Arneu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Vellito Galvez came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Curtina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vellito Galvez couldn't finish the play. Belveder's Estebe Bardon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Aldazabal in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Belveder's Louis Villafane got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Paul Bolado's late challenge caught a Curtina AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Bolado helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Belveder:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curtina AFC:s goal. The referee gave Curtina AFC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Txurio Gago, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Belveder's Estebe Bardon. 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Curtina AFC's goalkeeper Fidensio Arneu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvino Murillo. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Belveder:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curtina AFC:s goal. Curtina AFC were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Belveder's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Txurio Gago took the corner. Esiquio Beysama made a great header on Curtina AFC's corner, it was just that Belveder's Estebe Bardon managed to reach the ball for a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Aldazabal made a kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belveder's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Txurio Gago was slow to take the kick. During this time Curtina AFC's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Belveder's Estebe Bardon got control of the ball when Vellito Galvez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Belveder's Francis Carballal got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 62 played minutes, Curtina AFC's Txurio Gago shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Estebe Bardon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Curtina AFC reached it. Maura Amo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Vellito Galvez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Estebe Bardon made a huge save. After having played for 76 minutes, Silvino Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belveder's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvino Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidensio Arneu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvino Murillo in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maura Amo in the 82nd minute of play forced Curtina AFC's goalkeeper Fidensio Arneu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Silvino Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belveder's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvino Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curtina AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Txurio Gago in the 91st minute. Curtina AFC's Txurio Gago was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Estebe Bardon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 94th minute, Silvino Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Francis Carballal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Curtina AFC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Belveder side.
