Augusto Bandera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, Tambores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Endira Villazan came free, but Augusto Bandera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Tambores FC's goalkeeper Augusto Bandera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Abascal. In the 8th match minute, Tiatocura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joselito Arguiz to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Tiatocura's goal looked a bit too open when Tanio Sobarzo came free, but Hechter Noreña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Tiatocura's Endira Villazan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Bandera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frascuelo Ageitos's late challenge caught a Tiatocura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frascuelo Ageitos helped the player get up and apologised. Frascuelo Ageitos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Endira Villazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiatocura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endira Villazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tanio Sobarzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hechter Noreña having to interfere. A collision led to Tiatocura getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fulgencio Prat hit a great ball. Hechter Noreña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tanio Sobarzo's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Quintun Pison blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hechter Noreña having to make a save. Severiano Olivarez charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Olivarez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 45 minutes into the match, Tambores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Endira Villazan came free, but Augusto Bandera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tambores FC's Augusto Bandera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Tambores FC from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tanio Sobarzo made a kick off. In the 57th minute Tanio Sobarzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hechter Noreña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tiatocura's Fulgencio Prat got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Quintun Pison cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hechter Noreña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Tiatocura booed when Tambores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frascuelo Ageitos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered loudly when Kauldi Requenes's long shot in the 78th minute became 0-3 when the ball went to the left of and passed Hechter Noreña. After 90 played minutes Tambores FC got a freekick which was hit by Kauldi Requenes. Tiatocura's Joselito Arguiz got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frascuelo Ageitos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Tambores FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tambores FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
