In the 45th minute, Ferrer's Evaristo Louzara dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inautzi Isasaga to make the kick off. Milian Vielva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Indalecio Rueda made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, Ferrer's goalkeeper Indalecio Rueda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milian Vielva. Inautzi Isasaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indalecio Rueda having to interfere. Calera FC's Inautzi Isasaga got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calera FC's Xicu Cimbron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Louzara in the 71st minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Ferrer's goal looked a bit too open when Milian Vielva came free, but Indalecio Rueda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xicu Cimbron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heli Ahelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Heli Ahelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xicu Cimbron having to interfere.
