Carmelo Arciniega was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frichoso Peñuñuri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Eli Gamero hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Fagildo Vascones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guifre Guitart having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dolores's zone, Mauricio Calleja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Arciniega came out of the goal and Mauricio Calleja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Arciniega stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Calleja's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Orain Rollan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Guifre Guitart made a huge save. Orain Rollan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Guifre Guitart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Hernando Chinchilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arenal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dolores the free kick. The supporters of Dolores booed when Arenal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernando Chinchilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Dolores defense, Mauricio Calleja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Arciniega. The Dolores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Arciniega should have stopped the shot. Mauricio Calleja struck a weak shot in the 87th minute.
