Tiago Padilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiago Padilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Vidal in the 21st minute of play. Josias Oropeza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Padilla having to interfere. Luis-Antonio Sande blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Cintron having to make a save. If Panpili Macilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luis-Antonio Sande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Panpili Macilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Novillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Valda to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

55 minutes into the match, Gervasio's Panpili Macilla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Cintron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th match minute, Gervasio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Yepes to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Dominic Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 1-3 became the score in the 74th minute when Josias Oropeza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luis-Antonio Sande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gilberto Cintron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Dominic Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Tiago Padilla managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Novillos's Dominic Vidal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiago Padilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josias Oropeza's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. With an all-out effort, Novillos's Tiago Padilla threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Josias Oropeza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Josias Oropeza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Padilla having to interfere. Tiniebra Manjaleguas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tiago Padilla.
