He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 66 minutes into the match, Durazno's Valente Larquera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Unai Viñas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Unai Viñas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th of the match, Rioja Pato tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Unai Viñas got in the way and made a wonderful save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
