Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rexino Celis started the match with the kick off. Cortez Marroquin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ubarna Frias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Isidro Cueva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubarna Frias was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Adrio Carvajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rexino Celis in the 12th minute of play. Cortez Marroquin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Ubarna Frias made a huge save. Xanti Bozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reboledo's Isidro Cueva got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Isidro Cueva took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ubarna Frias to make any attempt to save it. 43 minutes into the match, Pavon's Amador Iturrate sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrio Carvajal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isidro Cueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Cortez Marroquin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Frias having to interfere. If Isidro Cueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubarna Frias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Cueva in the 60th minute of play. In the 70th minute Cortez Marroquin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubarna Frias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Isidro Cueva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Isidro Cueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Isidro Cueva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubarna Frias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cortez Marroquin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Reboledo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cortez Marroquin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Pavon booed when Reboledo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Orgera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute Rexino Celis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrio Carvajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reboledo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
