Juaneizu Gochicoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Loinaz having to interfere. Waldir Loinaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduino Agusto's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Mario Rabin charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Rabin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hospital FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Mario Rabin hit a great ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Eduino Agusto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olivera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduino Agusto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Mendaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Generosb Carvajal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Valdo Goycoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Mendaza in the 17th minute of the match. Juaneizu Gochicoa took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldir Loinaz. Waldir Loinaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Mario Rabin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. In the 36th minute, Mario Rabin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juaneizu Gochicoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cosme Mendaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Montez Escolar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Hospital FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduino Agusto came free, but Waldir Loinaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juaneizu Gochicoa in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Waldir Loinaz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 48 minutes Hospital FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cambranes Villafafila who took care of the corner kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosme Mendaza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juaneizu Gochicoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Waldir Loinaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juaneizu Gochicoa struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Waldir Loinaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivera AFC. Eduino Agusto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Montrell Villasana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivera AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hospital FC the free kick. The supporters of Hospital FC booed when Olivera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montrell Villasana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cosme Mendaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92ndth minute of the game Juaneizu Gochicoa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hospital FC's Waldir Loinaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Hospital FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduino Agusto came free, but Waldir Loinaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hospital FC's zone, Juaneizu Gochicoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Loinaz came out of the goal and Juaneizu Gochicoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 98th minute, Juaneizu Gochicoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olivera AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hospital FC for a fine match.
