Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rai Peciña kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Silbestre Ibarzabal. 5 minutes into the game, Juan Cucho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buceo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Juan Bautista the free kick. Juan Cucho kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Tartalo Bueres charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tartalo Bueres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Tartalo Bueres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neto Avila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rik Fariñada having to interfere. If Paz Rubiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12thth minute of the game Neto Avila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Juan Bautista's Rik Fariñada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 played minutes San Juan Bautista got a freekick which was hit by Tartalo Bueres. In the 16th minute of the match Buceo got a corner. San Juan Bautista's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mannie Cosio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Buceo's corner Mannie Cosio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rik Fariñada quite easily take care of the ball. Rai Peciña struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Xabier Salgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Juan Bautista. With a little luck, Buceo's Xabier Salgado got control of the ball when Xian Paderniga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 21 minutes, Serafin Parrondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Juan Bautista and the Buceo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serafin Parrondo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Paz Rubiero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rik Fariñada having to interfere. If Paz Rubiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Neto Avila, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rik Fariñada was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Paz Rubiero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rik Fariñada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Buceo's Xabier Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rai Peciña in the 33rd minute of play. Rai Peciña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xabier Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rai Peciña in the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Neto Avila made a kick off. After 52 played minutes, San Juan Bautista's Pitin Aubets shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xabier Salgado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Juan Bautista reached it. Xian Paderniga might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xabier Salgado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xian Paderniga ran back to his position shaking his head. After 55 played minutes Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Eutor Buenaga. Silbestre Ibarzabal kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Xian Paderniga notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Buceo's Xabier Salgado. Xabier Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neto Avila in the 65th minute of play forced San Juan Bautista's goalkeeper Rik Fariñada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Xian Paderniga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xabier Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paz Rubiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, San Juan Bautista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tartalo Bueres to maneuver through the defense. After 85 minutes of play, Buceo's Paz Rubiero made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rik Fariñada was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neto Avila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rik Fariñada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Buceo's Neto Avila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rik Fariñada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
