Yacot's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Caballeria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute Nikola Valiente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eneas Hernani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Yacot's goalkeeper Eneas Hernani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manni Manzanares. Peio Lombas struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Hechter Caneda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacot. 16 minutes into the match, Mourino's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Caballeria came free, but Hechter Caneda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Aloisio Aliprando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Mourino's Roman Romarote broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mourino's zone, Peio Lombas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hechter Caneda came out of the goal and Peio Lombas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Nicasio Caballeria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hechter Caneda. Mourino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Caballeria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Nicasio Caballeria came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Yacot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Caballeria couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 51 minutes of play, Mourino's Manni Manzanares made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eneas Hernani was left in no man's land by his defense there! When German Barbanera fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mourino's protests and gave German Barbanera a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Mourino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Barbanera to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Yacot booed when Mourino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Barbanera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manni Manzanares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eneas Hernani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mourino's attack was well implemented in the 65th minute, but when Nikola Valiente was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 69 minutes into the match, Yacot's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Valiente came free, but Eneas Hernani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Nicasio Caballeria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicasio Caballeria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Hechter Caneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Manni Manzanares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute.
