In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuaro FC's goalkeeper Jeraldo Fuerte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eudoxio Galnares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeraldo Fuerte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernan Carda in the 17th minute. In the 19th match minute, Palmitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Tudela to maneuver through the defense. Jeraldo Fuerte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zunbeltz Mezcano in the 24th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Zunbeltz Mezcano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuaro FC's Jeraldo Fuerte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Cuaro FC's goalkeeper Jeraldo Fuerte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernan Carda. 47 minutes in the game, Zunbeltz Mezcano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jeraldo Fuerte having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Misael Talavera to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Misael Talavera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anaya Provencio. The goal made the score 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Zunbeltz Mezcano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zunbeltz Mezcano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeraldo Fuerte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernan Carda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jeraldo Fuerte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eudoxio Galnares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anaya Provencio having to interfere. Andres Galisteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jeraldo Fuerte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palmitas FC's Anaya Provencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Palmitas FC from getting a goal against them. Misael Talavera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeraldo Fuerte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Carda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cuaro FC's Jeraldo Fuerte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Carda in the 79th minute of play. Eudoxio Galnares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anaya Provencio having to interfere. Segundo Soler hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Anaya Provencio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fernado Davalillo. If Eudoxio Galnares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Eudoxio Galnares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuaro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eudoxio Galnares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
