Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Quijana took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Tambores FC's goalkeeper Giro Nestares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cruz Balladares. Ricardo Quijana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermano Teijelo having to make a save. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Cruz Balladares sped through Tambores FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Giro Nestares. Tebaldo Soldevilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute of the match Jobo Roxas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermano Teijelo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Giro Nestares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Balladares in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cruz Balladares during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Sosa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cruz Balladares. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Ricardo Quijana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Quijana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermano Teijelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tebaldo Soldevilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cruz Balladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sosa AFC's Ursino Valderramal got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giro Nestares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ursino Valderramal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tebaldo Soldevilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermano Teijelo having to interfere.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Balladares in the 58th minute of play forced Tambores FC's goalkeeper Giro Nestares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Zalaya during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tambores FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Leonardo Zalaya hit a great ball. If Ricardo Quijana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Ricardo Quijana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermano Teijelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sosa AFC's goalkeeper Ermano Teijelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Giro Nestares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ursino Valderramal in the 73rd minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Sosa AFC's Ursino Valderramal made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giro Nestares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Giro Nestares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cruz Balladares, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Tebaldo Soldevilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Ermano Teijelo made a huge save. In the 90thth minute of the game Ursino Valderramal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tambores FC's Giro Nestares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sosa AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
